Introduction: Minimally invasive (MI) treatment of dental caries is an approach that considers the management carious lesions with conservative techniques to preserve maximum tooth structure. Objective: To analyze literature on some MI alternatives for are currently used, sealants, atraumatic restorative treatment, infiltration and Hall technique. Methodology: An extensive search was carried out in PubMed, SCOPUS Google Scholar databases, analyzing keywords: minimally treatments, resin technique.Results: Pit fissure sealants show high rates durability, both permanent primary teeth, they help reduce stop caries. Atraumatic (ART) helps active cavitated caries, stops spread infection, decay, relieves pain anxiety. Infiltrative reduction white stain, although it has been found be more effective fluorosis hypo mineralization can used reduces seals stains their progression. The technique controls molars, shows a low failure rate offers good acceptance uncooperative patients, may uncomfortable patients.Conclusions: infiltrative treatments choice patients mild either or inactive, when moderate situations where traditional clinic lacking.
